I didn’t create Sunshine & Vanity because everything in my life was perfect —
I created it because I knew what it felt like to lose myself…
and what it took to rebuild.
After two pregnancies, chronic inflammation, hormone chaos, exhaustion, and navigating one of the most difficult seasons of my life, I realized something profound:
Most women aren’t aging — we’re overwhelmed, undernourished, mineral-depleted, and disconnected from our own bodies.
And when we heal our biology, everything changes — our glow, our energy, our confidence, and the way we show up in the world.
In searching for my own healing, I spent years studying holistic nutrition, longevity science, women’s wellness, and anti-aging biohacking — work that ultimately led me to begin formal training as a wellness coach so I can serve women on a deeper level. *Full program Coming 2026!
